These supplements are great for suppressing your appetite. I find that throughout the day I’m no longer snacking on cookies and chips. The main thing missing from my life right now is energy. I needed something to give me a little boost and these have helped in that area. I used to feel sluggish throughout the day and not want to do my workouts, now I have enough energy to complete my workouts as well as going outside and playing with the kids. Most importantly these did not make me feel jittery. That is a feeling that I just can’t tolerate so I was very happy with these.

I am a customer of Nutretics' KO3 Krill Oil supplement. I receive great results from that, so I figured I would also try their Fusion supplement. This stuff works great, too! I've been taking it daily, as directed, for a month now. It gives me great energy and focus to start the day, and last throughout. Paired with a healthy eating and exercise regimen, I'm noticing fat burn in places I've been fighting for awhile. To boot, my snack cravings throughout the day are all but gone. I'm looking forward to continuing with Fusion and their Krill Oil and trying other Nutretics products!

Eh, didn’t do much for me.

After a little over a week of use, I definitely feel this has helped me make some gains in terms of weight-loss. I was already on a low-carb (but not keto, just reasonably low carbs) and exercise 3-4 times a week program, and with the cool weather and not being able to mountain bike as much, I plateaued my weightloss (which was previously 1-2lbs a week, which yes could possibly just be water weight but was pretty consistent for a few months). After 9 days of incorporating two of these capsules a day, one with breakfast, and the other before lunch, I definitely noticed a drop of abou 3 lbs in weight, and the scale registered a .5% bodyfat reduction, where I didn't see that much change in a week before. This could be placebo effect, and maybe I'm working out harder, or watching my intake more than I realize, but I'm tryintg to keep it as consistent as I can in real-life so I can determine if these are effective. I don't get too jittery, maybe a little, but I'm used to caffeine, thanks to my love of all things java. Speaking of that, given the amount of caffeine in these pills, I have cut back from 3 big cups of strong black coffee per day to just one (or two if I havn't slept well). So that's kinda nice and saves back some of the money I spent. There is a mild crash in the afternoon when all my caffeine wears off, but it is no different than if I drink coffee all morning and then stop. I don't think it's related to these supplements, per se, but more just how the human body works. This seems to curb some of my desire to snack in the morning, though not entirely. But I'm a terrible snacker so anything that helps is a huge benefit. I have used weight-loss pills that are VERY effective in my younger and stupider years, but those all had ephedra, and apparently that's illegal now, plus the crash from those was absolutely miserable, so I'd recommend these over old-school diet pills any day. Side-note, if you take these without water, they are spicy due to the cayanne, but it's not like burn-your-mouth-off hot, just noticeable. I didn't notice it all all when taking with liquids.

1st read the directions. I have been taking these for a lil while now. I take 1 in the morning with a healthy breakfast and 16oz of water. I must say these don’t give me jitters at all. I’m not hungry between meals so that’s a plus. The 2nd pill I usually take before a late afternoon lunch again with 16oz of water. These also Don’t make me crash! So far I’ve lost 3lbs. I’m a happy customer using this product. I haven’t Changed my eating Habits or lifestyle. Arrived well packaged with no issues.

This product is effective!! It curbs my appetite and gives me jittery free energy. When combined with my ketogenic eating plan, it allowed me to lose over 40 pounds. I like that it contains natural ingredients like Guarana and Cayenne Pepper. Love it!

I have not noticed a difference using this product. Did not work for me.
