Stopped working after not even a year!
I got this curling wand over the holidays (December 2019) and absolutely loved it! Hands down of the only products that will hold my curls (HIGH heat). I was upset to find it not working after only 10 months of having it and very light use, about 1-2 times a month. The company did not leave any contact information for the 12-month warranty that they guarantee on the note in the box. I ended up finding their information on the Amazon Profile and have tried contacting both the email and phone number, but have not received a response.

Beach waves
I gave this a 4 only because it gives me tight curls. I’m assuming that’s because the bottom of the barrel is smaller. After a couple hours though the curls relax and give you that beach wave look.

Great for long hair
It was awesome for my hair, they stayed in 2 days :) until I washed my hair. There is no temp control but if you're smart about it you sont let it cook your hair off. Good product!

I received the WRONG PRODUCT!!!!
I received the WRONG PRODUCT. I ordered the 1.5 inch curling wand and received a straightening brush. Ugh. Considering that I had paid for it and didn't want to go throughthe trouble of returning it, I figured that I would try it out. I wear my hair a number of ways and it was about time for a new flat iron anyway. For whatever reason, the on/off button was jammed on the straighting brush. I pressed a bit harder and, after a few tries, it finally turned on. I cranked it up to max and tried to brush my semi-wavy hair with it. Even that didn't work. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this purchase.
