Prepping time sliced in half
This is the first mandoline I’ve ever purchased. Even though there is a slight learning curve, prepping vegetables has become so much easier. I’m glad I purchased the protective glove that was recommended. The blades are extremely sharp.

Makes short work of your veggies
Slices straight through anything you throw at it! It takes a bit of practice to learn how to use it correctly. Use the hand guard! My roommate now has a slightly shorter index finger because he didn't listen to me.
