Warrior: Equipping Men for Spiritual Victory (Men's Bible Study, Men's Small Group, Men's Christian Growth, Men's Discipleship Curriculum, Men's Spiritual Growth)

Today, I decided to purchase 10 copies and donate to the church bookstore as I have seen a great work emerge from the small group study from the book. Our Men's Empowerment group has seen lives blessed and spiritual chains broken. A separate leader for each chapter is given 2 days over 2 weeks to immerse himself in the chapter and present it to the men for an interactive discussion. This time spent is precious to us.

I bought it online a couple days ago while looking for a study Bible and I have to say after getting started on it……and reading thru to chapter 5 so far I have to say it is an amazing book. Just what I’ve read so far, has helped me to open my eyes on several different aspects I’ve fallen short as of late.Earlier this year I was saved and later baptized and recently started getting to know the Lord…..at 40 years old. I have the awesome privledge to lead a small home group study using Lance's book. The guys absolutely love this book. It's very easy to read and understand. The Book Warriors is outstanding

Just got the book, haven't had a chance to complete it.

I'm a few chapters in and so far it has been a huge blessing. I'm growing in areas of my life where I've been slacking off for far too long. I rarely (if ever?) write reviews but this book is certainly worth it. If you're looking to be a Godly leader for your family, community, or in general, Warrior is a great resource. And if you're already living your life as a leader but need some encouragement, I believe this book will help you as well.

Lance lays out a very good picture of what the reality is of living for Christ and the challenges it brings. He makes a point of injecting himself in the challenge along with the reader. Lance masterfully brings the scripture to bear for the challenges men face and gives great direction and encouragement to the reader in trusting that it is God Himself, alive in us, that empowers us to live the life He has called us to. Highly recommended.

I read this between sets at the gym. Powerful way to grow in the Lord!Great for all.Men of Christ!
