Such a sorry fail!! 😭I suspect it's intended for phones only, and not as a main power supply for a laptop. I've left my laptop plugged in overnight several times, and it started to fail. Suddenly it powers, then it doesn't.Such hassle, because you don't know what's wrong.Plug it in, take out, plug in again -- oh seems to work now. Then in a while stops. Annoying and unreliable.And then in time it just fizzled out completely. Plug it, unplug it, pray to the electricity gods, no response. The thing is dead. Like a stone, like a dry twig. Can you power your laptop with a stone?What am I gonna use it for, a square black plastic brick? Do I open it up and try to replace whatever fuse died? Do I politely negotiate returns and refunds?Can't be bothered. The thing is broke, and it's gonna go to a garbage site, to leak nasty chemicals for a decade. Sorry sight!. . 🔌 🗑️

The unit is well built and handles charging my Ipad pro without any problems. It runs cool and has a detachable USC charging lead so it also works well with my Acer notebook. Downside it's big for a charger that plugs directly into a wall socket.. It has only the single USC socket. The addition of normal micro usb port, even if it only powered one port at once would have been useful. Overall it has a quality feel to it. It has worked without any problems and of course it's significantly cheaper than a similar wattage Apple charger. So I'm happy with the purchase I've knocked one star off only because of it's bulk when plugged in.

I bought two of these in Aug 2020 to provide power to some USB-C hubs in my office so they would provide charging power for connected laptops. I've had a couple of minor issues over the duration, not sure if it's related to the hub or the charger, but what I do know is today I noticed my laptop was not charging at all and it appears that one of them has completely died.I've tried different wall outlets, different cables etc - it's gone.I'm not going to hold it against the manufacturer as such - not every unit will be perfect, but I'll not be getting another one for a couple of reasons;* it's kinda big and awkward sized (which is a pain when it's in a cable tidy cage under my desk)* if you don't mind the size, you can get official chargers for my laptop for exactly the same price* the newer GaN type chargers are the same or only slightly more expensive and are cooler running, generally smaller and/or can power more* there are other, smaller chargers for cheaper that seem as good quality

I was looking for a far charger for my Dell Laptop and Samsung Note 10+ at reasonable price. I can say that this charger is one of the best for multipurpose use. This work absolutely fine with my phone, laptop and my son’s MacBook. It is compact in size and having multi point safety which can save from over voltage situation. It’s worked with any issues since I bought 2 weeks back and I can say that this product is worth to purchase at given price. The USB C cable can be replaceable means we can use the adapter for long time by just changing the USB C cable in case if we need to. It charging my phone in less than 1 hour which is quite impressive.

Bought this for a 65 Watt Asus laptop. Works fine, and even switches down to 18W charging for my phone when I use it for that.Supports the following PD voltage/currents5V @ 3A9V @ 3A12V @ 3A15V @ 3A20V @ 3.25ANot the finest quality plastic in the world, but perfectly adequate for what it is.Overall does exactly what it promises, at a reasonable price.

We bought this item on the 31st of March and on the 29th of August the power supply stopped working. Cable is fine but the faulty charger also caused a fuse to trip on our home. Not sure if I can get this replaced or repaired as it’s only 5 months old but am less than impressed with the quality.Update that I connected with the supplier and they have sent a replacement within one day. It was no fuss and and they were very responsive and understanding. I sent through a photo and video of the item and explained that it was not working properly. Not sure if this is some fluke, but the replacement arrived promptly and we are up and running again.

Within 2 days of receiving it, the charger failed outright and could not charge a standard Macbook Pro 13 inch. Very bad quality product - too cheap to return, but was not expecting to fail totally and so quickly. Would not recommend the purchase as this is outright unfit for purpose and, likely, too much risk to use (may damage your laptop).

Edit3 Month Update:Charger overheats and stops working. I have to turn it off and wait for 30mins-60mins to use again. Works when not overheating.Good charger that fits all of my USB C appliances. Charger seemed to have overheated once and stop working for a short time. This problem only happened once and has been working perfectly ever since
