I bought the other stuff like this. But a little bit not fit . I always fix and make it fit that’s a hard work for me . This one was good. Easy to built it and fit. That’s important. By the way the box for this one was strong. Nothing broken and no scar on this stuff. This one look shining And use good. I use few weeks and write down this review. Trust me if u don’t do hard work for change ur shower stuff buy this one. I love it.

Love the look of this item but unfortunately we found that this item leaks at the fittings and the plumber said it is a defect. Sadly we bought this item months ago to have everything here when we needed it and now to late to return...buyer beware!

The selector valve was for the 2 way Valve when i ordered the 3 way Valve. How can I get the correct knob with the correct slections. There is no stop for the Valve it continues in a 360 motion so you can not select your desired condition.

the economizer is is way too tight no water pressurethe wand looks weird and needs a bar

I liked the shower system

Purchased for a new tub cum shower. Beautiful design and good value.

Not exactly as described but it works, if you take your time.The selector knob it out to lunch, the little pictures saying which finction is what is wrong, and yes, it was plumbed correctly. And even then, sometimes you need to shut off water flow before it will fully turn off the flow you did not want.The shower wand holder is not as pictured, the way the end is shaped to hold the wand head means the outlet for the pipe must point upwards instead of down, the hose it came with was way too short so i got a longer one which kinda works around the issue. Also needed to add a swivel at the head so it can be used as a conventional shower when not holding it. Otherwise it would shoot straight across the tub as its fixed possition is completely vertical.I also added a larger rain head pictured but i have no fault to cast upon the one that came with the set.Most parts are metal and not a lot of plastic was used which is nice.Overall not very happy, hopefully the components last as changing it out again will be a lot of effort.

We received this beautiful shower system which is exactly what we were looking for and seemed too good to be true at this point. Upon installation and initial water pressure test by our plumber, we noticed water leaking from the mixer valve. Thus halting our bathroom renovation project for the time being. I've contacted Amazon support whom later referred me to 'ask a question' to the vendor and describe my problem and find a solution. It's been a few days and no follow-up... Getting frustrated at this point...
