I have some arthritis in my right knee and bone on bone on inside joint of that knee. I use this knee brace to give me some compression to make my knee feel secure. It breathes unlike neoprene try sleeves. Has boning on sides for extra stability, and extra support just below your knee cap. Stays in place for me. Once I put it where I want it , I don't need to touch it till I have to take it off. Throw in wash and dryer. Recommend you not turn inside out since the part that makes it stay in place is in the inside and it's either rubber or silicone so don't want to mess it up with wear or heat. My original two I still have for over 5 years. Got more so I don't have to make sure to do the wash as often. I play 4.5 level tennis 3-5 times a week. Also used when I went swimming and snorkling.

I really liked the support and comfort of this brace. I play soccer and this is lightweight enough to not constrict game play. nice and snug and the patella portion is right on.

My husband says these are the best knee braces. He feels no pain when he plays bball and it really holds everything together. They just wear out really fast and he only uses it two or three times a week.

I wear these braces on both legs everyday for a minimum 12 to 16 hours. Need bilateral knee replacements. These braces fit snug, do not sag or fall down. They stay in place. Very comfortable.

This is a fabulous brace. While it is too snug to wear regularly around the house, it is perfect for use in participating in sports. I had severe pain just below my patella in both legs. When I wear these during a tennis match, not only do I feel no pain, but my legs feel stronger and I actually move better on the court.

Well made. Does stretch some with time. Comfortable even for wearing all day. I wear when I am at work and on my feet a lot. Have one for both knees although I broke one kneecap a few years ago. Does not smell with time as the rubber ones do, which was a major concern for me. Does seem to help with the pain and stiffness. Will likely buy again.

Not a lot of support for an active person.

The “Mueller Sports Medicine Hg80 Knee Support” looked like a brace that would work for me. My knee measurement was within the range for this brace, so I purchased one. However, the thigh measurement is not much larger than the maximum knee measurement in the range. While I am a petite individual and do not have “thunder thighs”, this was far too tight to be comfortable and to not cut off circulation. I recommend measuring your thigh about 4” above the top of your knee and ordering the brace based on that measurement fitting within the given range for kneecap circumference.

I brought this for my mother who is suffering from osteoarthritis of the knee. She finds it very comfortable, snug and soft. Fully satisfied. Even with daily use, the elastic doesn't become loose. It is also washable.

Its fitting but it leave a reddish line on the lower part of my thighs. So I got to insert a thin cloth to prevent future impressions.
