I bought this speaker to replace a 3 watt speaker I had before, this one is a little less loud but still does the job. I use this with a direct connection. You'll need a cable that goes from 3mm headphone jack to the power input on the speaker. After you power on the speaker hold down the top middle button and a voice will say "Aux Input Mode" and it will be good to go.If you need a speaker for a small office or similar space this is ideal. The bluetooth works fine although I haven't tested the range on it.

I love this speaker. It is so small that I can toss it in my bag and take it on the go for when we want to have music at our playdates. I love to put it by the pool in the summer and also in the gym when I'm working out. It is light weight, holds a charge for a long time, and is very easy to connect to my smart phone. This is a great buy if you need something small and simple! The volume is plenty loud for our purposes.

Had to return..did not work with my iPad..not sure why, but it wouldn’t work at all. I was very disappointed.

Nice little speaker. Does have a slight distortion but I think it's a great value.

This speaker is small but works great! We have it in our camper so we can have music by our camp fire. It’s not too loud that it bothers other campers so it’s perfect for what we want it for!

Please don’t buy this piece of crap. I bought one, and it came with some unknown piece rattling inside it. Worked fine for a couple weeks before the USB charging port fell inside the speaker. Replacement came without the rattle but the USB charging port fell inside AGAIN — and a day after I could send it back.

Wonder little speaker. Would recommend

I need loud Bluetooth due to hearing loss. This is no louder than the regular speaker on my device. Very disappointed.
