GONE are the days of endless scraping!
These liners will change your whole attitude about dutch oven cooking! Gone are the days of endless scrubbing scraping heating and scraping again. Now you can cook the stickiest of BBQ chicken or gooey apple pie with not even a thought of having to clean up. SOOO much easier than trying to line a dutch oven with foil or parchment. These liners are much thicker and very heavy duty. We have been using them for years. Now we don't have to worry about how much time we are going to have to plan for to clean up after enjoying a sticky dutch oven meal. Just pop these in, cook then throw it away when you are done. One tip is that if you have a deep dutch oven these will not fit right in out of the box so to speak. The will leave a gap about 3/4" at the bottom. If you are cooking bread, cookies or pie just leave this air space which will keep your treat from getting over brown on the bottom. However if you are cooking anything else just push the liner down to the bottom. You will have to bend down the rim where the lid normally sits in order to get it to fit all the way down. Your lid will now be sitting directly on the iron oven not on the foil liner. With only one depth size available right now this is the only way to make the liners work with a deep dish dutch oven. WELL worth the effort! Still easier and much better than foil. If you have a standard shallow dutch oven this won't be necessary they work perfectly. Photo shows super sticky BBQ chicken that was SUPER easy to clean up! Now we only cook potatoes without a liner everything else gets a liner.

Works well but not exact
CampLiner Dutch Oven Liners do what they advertise but some modifications are needed. I you have a 12" dutch oven that is 4" high, the 6 quart size, then the inserts fit exactly but extend over the edge. If you want a tight seal between the lid and the dutch oven one has to press down the liner lips so they fit inside the oven, which is very easy to do. Campliner does not make a liner for the 12", 8 quart, 5.5" high, dutch oven. The 6 quart liners will work in the 8 quart oven. One needs to peel the sides of the liner up, which is easy to do, and push the liner into the oven. In either size oven clean up is very easy. Just lift out the liner once it has cooled and throw away. The oven will need to be wiped out and a new light coat of oil reapplied.

Easy Clean-up makes it easy to move on the next dish!
I use these for the convenience of not having to wash my Dutch Oven between every single dish... When you're at a D.O.G. doing public demo's or cooking for a crowd, the saved time adds up! I don't have to spend time and resources heating up the wash-water, washing, and drying when I'd rather be starting the next dish.I don't use these for every dish (I always use it for my baked no-boil Ziti since it's a pain to clean up, and I don't feel that it affects the taste in this particular dish, plus it protects the cast-iron/seasoning from the tomato sauce). It does affect HOW things cook, since you're placing a barrier between the food and the cast-iron.Make sure to press the liner down into your D.O. firmly for full contact. I have to roll up the edges in order to make the liners fit inside my 2 different 12" D.O.'s. One is a Camp Chef Deluxe, the other is a No-Name that was a gift and is taller/deeper. There's a learning curve with each type of dish (baked goods/stews/etc.) and you may lose some of that "Authentic" look in the public eye, but these liners definitely have their place!I can usually clean them and use them at least twice (not with the messy, baked-on Ziti though, so I try to use liners that I've already used at least once). The foil does start to wear thin on the bottom (my Dutch Ovens are newer ones with slight bumps that haven't worn away yet [especially the No-Name], they lack that polished super-smooth inside of old cast-iron so when the spoon runs over the bumps it presses holes into the foil). I might try carefully cutting the bottom out of old ones that I'm throwing away, and use them to buffer the bottom of a fresh liner. Whatever you do, DON'T try to use heavy-duty foil instead because it will tear! I learned that the hard way!

Easy clean-up means more time for Smores!
I am an avid camper and absolutely LOVE cooking in my dutch oven. Cleaning a dutch oven, however, is FAR from my favorite thing. Proper care of cast iron calls for never having soapy water touch it, so it's often a tedious chore of scraping out the remaining food, rinsing off the residue, then re-seasoning the pot. WHO has time for that when there are SMORES to eat? When a friend of mine showed me these Disposable Foil Dutch Oven Liner, 12 Pack 12” 6Q liners, I was hooked. They fit my Dutch Oven perfectly, foods cook up wonderfully, and best of all, NO clean-up needed! Just fold up the used liner, place it in your trash bag and remember to take it all out with you when you leave your campsite! I have been using these ever since I learned about them and my dutch ovens still look like new! These are a must buy on my list!

Fits the Lodge 8 Quart, 12" Diameter
I am very pleased. Unfolded a small section of the 6 quart foil rim liner and then gently kept pressing the rim upward , while firmly pushing that section of the foil liner all the way to the bottom of the 8 quart Cast Iron Camp Stove. Fits perfectly to within 1/4 inch of the top. With a piece of foil over the liner, there should be no splatters to clean up. Theses liners are very sturdy. Looking forward to vegetable soup & chili with no mess.
