Very effective, it doesn't allow any excess fat or excess sugar to stay in my body. Done from 180lb to 172lb within a couple of weeks. No excercise but healthy eating.

Stay home when using. For me, it takes about 30mins-5hrs to take effect. Depends how much c….p is going on…. But one I get going, it’s on. I go about 4 times and then it’s all gone. Definitely a cleaner. I use two bag in about 16oz of water. I mix w honey and lemon. Although, The flavor alone is not bad. Ive been using the product for about 5years now. This tea definitely will keep you regular. It flushed out all toxins. I usually drink in the morning and/or at night. It tastes fine. It’s like a mix of green tea and regular tea in taste to me. I only add honey, no sugar needed. It makes me go to the bathroom multiple times after uses.
