easy to install very pretty

Bought this faucet for new home we are building so haven't installed it yet. Was pleased to open box and see how well it was packaged. All parts are accounted for and the faucet itself is heavy duty, not a flimsy product. I really like how it looks and cyber Monday price made it a good deal. It will look good in our new home.

Very nice item and very nice looking

I purchased 3 of these faucets, 2 of them stopped working in less than 4 months. They just stop!! I have a trickle coming out. I sent the seller a message and was pleasantly surprised that they sent me 2 news ones, that was wonderful. However, once again those 2 are back to not working. We took them apart, cleaned them, checked the lines, everything and they are back to a trickle again! Our spare bathroom now has 2 none working faucets. I don't know if I should contact the seller again, or just buy new ones from another vendor. They are beautiful and I am happy with them, if they actually worked.

I love this faucet. But like others have said there may be water flow issues. Taking off 1 star for the water flow issues. I bought two faucets. One faucet the hot water flow was much better than the cold. But works. The other faucet the hot water barely trickled and the cold water flow was very low. I returned that for replacement. The water supply lines had new valves and flowed equally with with a lot of pressure. so I know they weren't an issue. The hoses to to the faucet were not overly tight; just snug. I opened the mixer valve to inspect for debris. Didn't find any. Seems like these faucets have, or may have, issues with the mixer valves. You may have to try a couple of faucets until you get a good one. Otherwise, they're really good looking and heavy. Feel like good quality for a good price.**Update: I figured out the issue with the mixing valve. If you remove the replacable blue mixing valve under the handle, there is little blue filter/strainer insert in the outflow port of the faucet housing. This filter insert has a little rubber O-ring installed. I assume its to stop vibration noise when your faucet is not fully on. I checked both of my faucets and the O-ring size was inconsistent. Two were too large and practically blocks the outflow port. The smaller orange seemed to work better since it didn't block the port as much. There was also a little mineral build up in there. I removed the tiny O-ring and got full water flow right away. If the O-ring is necessary for proper operation, you can try smaller size O-rings and see what you get.

Sink faucet is perfect with my vessel sinks. Purchased one for each bathroom. Would definitely recommend

I bought 2 of these faucets in January and had them installed in our bathroom. About a week ago we began to notice water on the floor in front of one of the sinks and discovered that there is a leak in the supply line just above the nut that connects it to the house water line. My husband tried to fix it but the leak is in the actual supply line itself and it cannot be disconnected and replaced because it is permanently fixed to the faucet. I tried to contact the company via email since that is the only contact information I can find for them but I still have not heard back from them. I love the faucets but I feel like the design is really bad and my faucet shouldn’t be leaking within 8 months.
