You want a big Optimus? You got a big Optimus!
It's a fairly younger-person type toy, but has a lot of charm for the TF collector, which I am. The truck mode is a bit of an odd truck hauling a yellow submarine, but the robot mode for Optimus is big and when you add the Ark armor, wow! This makes ole Optie quite a beefy figure that needs a decent shelf to hold. Heavy, still has some posability and just looks amazing. Worth the original msrp of $50? No. But if you pick it up for around $20 for the damaged box ones, then by all means get this guy.

My sons loves it
I bought this for my older son (7) for Christmas. He really loves it and plays with it daily. He is really into transformers right now, so this was the perfect gift. I do worry about durability as it is not difficult to accidently snap off some limbs on transformer toys in general (they reattach pretty easily), but this one has held up well so far.

Made to last!
We got this for my kids 8th birthday and he LOVES it. He’s a Lego dude so this works perfect bc he can take it apart and build different things. It’s super durable, even being smashed by a 2 year old constantly. Great purchase!

7 year old loves it
But after playing with it for a week, one part broke because he pushed it too hard. There is no instruction so you have to figure it out yourself without breaking it and trying it out. Other than that, fun toy!

This is a high quality Transformer! Cool transformation that my 6 year old can do by himself easily. Putting the armor on and off is fun and easy. Looks very cool.
