Great quality, and prompt response from the company with answers to my questions.
The stool was fantastic! Great craftsmanship and very solid. It was the perfect height, nice finish, and comparannle in price to others of this quality. Unfortunately, my senior clientele felt it moved a bit to easily when they were sitting down on it.Most often the lighter weight would be an advantage, in this case it was not.

Uneven Legs
I had first ordered two stools and they were fine, so I ordered two more. One new stool has a considerable rock. Like a “fall off the stool” rock. There are no dings in the box or stool, so it left the factory like that. I am too lazy to rebox it and carry it to a shipper in the city, so that is on me. But you would think they would have more quality control for a expensive item.

Attractive and Sturdy
Stools are very sturdy and very lightweight! They have an attractive brushed finish. They are comfortable for a metal stool with no cushion.

They look wonderful. They are very comfortable. They have plastic feet to avoid scratches. They fit under the counter. I have looked for a long time and I am extremely happy with these

Will last forever!!!!!
This saddle seat is WAY cooler than I even imagined. For once I didn't have to assemble anything!! It came completely assembled, and really well packaged. It's light, but not too light. It's sooooo sturdy. It's going to last forever. Seriously! Forever!I'm super impressed. I'm definitely buying more. Goes perfectly with my bar top table. The seat it bigger than I thought, and comfortable. In the picture is my 16 year old daughter. She's a size 9 in Juniors. I had to make her get off of it, so that I could take pictures. Obviously she wouldn't get off and ended up in some of the pictures. She thinks this saddle seat is super cool also. I think it's great!!
