eHUB LM2596 DC-DC Adjustable Buck Step Down Power Supply Module

As far as stepping down the output voltage is concerned it is working perfect, but, it doesn’t charge the NiCd battery. Basically I have purchased this power supply for charging 1.2 volt D size rechargeable battery of my Stanford flashlight as it’s original charger is burnt. I don’t know why it doesn’t charge the 1.2 V battery even after setting the output voltage to 1.4 Volts

Voltage not regulate

This product I used to step down from 36 volts to 3 v for my e bike tail light. It is working good.
