I really liked these and used them every day. But after 45 days, the earbuds won’t stay paired and I only get 1-2 seconds of sound before I need to re-pair the device. In other words, they no longer work. One comment makes me think that the problem may be with an Apple update. I don’t know. But what I do know is that I’d rather pay more and get something that works. The warranty doesn’t seem useful since I can’t find a way to contact the manufacturer. Overall evaluation: look elsewhere. Update: I paired the earbuds to my Windows PC. So possibly the comments about the problem was created with an Apple update are true. However, that doesn't solve MY problem. Still can't recommend.

This was an Amazon Choice item! I will no longer take that label as a sign of quality.They will not pair in stereo. I basically have to mono earbuds. I’ve read on the FAQs that people are saying to pair the LEFT and the right will auto pair to the left. I’ve tried this. I’ve reset a dozen times. It failed with my iPhone Xs Max and now my daughter cannot get it to work with her Google Pixel. Same problem. AWFUL!The directions are in broken English that is completely unhelpful. Why can’t many of these companies hire English proof readers to ensure the product documentation makes sense?!? This is a GROWING frustration with MANY Amazon products. AMAZON CHOICE?? Very disappointing!I will be returning.

I really wanted to like these headphones, but there are just too many problems. First, the sound quality is not that great but, when you consider the price, it's not too bad. What I absolutely do not like about these headphones is how they cut out when I walk or even make the slightest movement. In fact, they were cutting out and skipping so badly I turned off my music in frustration. Sorry, I'm gonna have to retun these :(

Wanted a decent pair of headphones to use at the gym and they were ok at first. After about 20 minutes they disconnect and we’re unable to connect back to my iPhone. They said connected but no music would play. Also NOT to be used to swimming. Diagram shows a swimmer on the surface being able to use them but as soon as the left one touched water it died and won’t turn back on. Right one Still works works though. It gets disconnected as soon as I turn my head the slightest along the surface. I don’t know any swimming techniques that you keep your head completely above water the whole time except for doggy style. Not worth it if you plan on getting them wet.

Update: They have now stopped working :(. They are charged and paired and connecting just fine, but won’t play anything. At first (a few weeks ago) they would stop working intermittently and I thought it might just be the charge, but now just a slight static sound. I’m so disappointed because I truly loved these. It’s only been 4 months. I take great care of them. They stay in the case unless I’m wearing them and I was typically only using them about 1.5 a day or less. Never dropped them.These earbuds are perfect for small ears! I have had such trouble finding wireless earbuds that stay in my ears and don't stick out several inches. I used the smallest ear tip and it was perfect. They are comfortable and stay in my ears without issue or pain. They paired easily...as in I took them out of the charging case and they literally just paired to my phone, I did nothing. The automated voice tells you when the buds are on, off, at minimum sound level, etc. You do have to press the button to pause or skip fairly hard, but I did not find it to be a problem.I had zero issues with connection to my music platform. The battery life seems great. I wore them for about 3 hours straight and I'm sure it could have gone longer. The charging case is a sturdy metal and very sleek. The earbuds sit right into the charging slot and won't fall out (it seems like they magnetically cling to the charging unit). The ear buds cancel out noise beautifully, I couldn't hear a things except my music while walking on a heavy traffic road.I highly recommend these earbuds. Not only are they great quality, you can't beat the price. I was so thrilled to find something that finally suits my tiny ears.

One of the mains reasons I bought these is because they claimed to be super easy to pair with but they never paired. I always seemed to only connect to only the left earbud. I followed the contradictory and poorly translated instructions every which way and after an hr I still can get the earbuds to pair even after factory reset. I tried calling the tech support only to get a voicemail answering machine.
