I wanted to get a touch lamp for the bedroom.These lamps were perfect for what I wanted.When I opened the box , even better than the picture..A really nice sheen on the base ,which looksgreat against my grey wall .Highly recommend these lamps, a bonus to buy the bulbs to go with them
