Pros: Absolutely fabulous pen for the person who writes very small or needs to cram as many notes as possible onto their paper. Vey nice Pilot quality and writes very smooth. I love the very fine point pen; writes very small and the ink doesn't flow out and bleed into the paper The barrel grip is very comfortable. Cons: With so many cartridges stuffed into the barrel the ink does run out a little faster than I would like as they are smaller. The clip does feel a little flimsy so I'm careful with it.Overall I really like these pens and don't let them out of my sight for fear of them not being returned since my co-workers like it so much.

I love the fine line this writes with, yet without skipping or globbing ink all over the place. I mark my scriptures with the different colors and it works perfectly. Only possible complaint is the clip is really weird in how it is shaped. It works ok but takes away a bit from the attractiveness of the pen. Glad I didn't buy it for the aesthetics.

I use this pen to color code my nurse brain so I can easily see what needs to be charted, what the patient has asked for, or what meds to give. Definitely helps keep me organized and the fine tip lets me write small.

I haven't always been a fan of Acroball but this pen does not disappoint. I needed something with a thin line but I wasn't ready to go with the .38. I didn't really have high hopes for this. I actually really like it. It feels great in the hand. Comfy barrel. I have a tendency to write hard so I've worn out more than a few extra fine tips. This one really holds up.The one con (or maybe not for some) is that the clip where the black should be is actually a dark grey (not sure if you could tell in the picture). The ink is black though.

My favorite multicolor erasable pen in life! I have never been so happy! I’m a pen freak but these are ridiculous! So now I have gotten several different Frixion pens. I have different barrel colors but the same pen. I also have Frixion non- erasable ones too. I also have Frixion single color erasable( black ink) pens. I also now have Frixion multicolor, wait, am I repeating myself? But you get the idea. Just get this brand.. Frixion. They are just amazing!

I just finished nursing school & used this for my last clinical rotation & I wish I would have bought this pen at the starting of nursing school. It rights so neat and smooth & it's definitely a must have for all nurses out there! I was using a different multicolored pen brand and it was always breaking and didn't right as nice either. Zero problems & would buy this pen again!

I don’t know why I need 4 colors for my brain because when I give report I don’t even pay attention to them... but I want them!The most important thing for my is the fine point and finding it with the colors just made my day. This the 3rd time I’ve reordered this pen and I hold onto it for dear life at work.Works great, no smears. It’s bulkier than a single color pen but oh well it’s worth it. No complaints.

I love this pen- it's actually the third one I've gotten for me. I got it with the refills so I could refill one of the other pens I have. The thickness of the lines is just perfect for work, and the different colors help me differentiate what I'm doing on the page so I can keep everything straight. It's easy to hold too, with a comfortable grip.

For $10 this is one awesome pen. The hybrid Acroball ink is terrific; I think it’s better than that of the Jetstream. The 0.5mm point writes very smoothy. If it suffers in some way it’s that the ink isn’t as bold as some others but for me that takes a back seat to both a lack of smearing and smoothness. Also, the grip is excellent.

whoa, it's got not a ball point tip but that sort of flowing tip. as an RN i love having 4 colors for my notes and the flow tips are awesome

Came as pictured, not the first time I ordered these pens and wont be the last time. I'm a nurse and my nurse friends love them too!

Nice design.Love the clip end but the ink comes and goes but that may easily be remedied by swapping them out with different refill inks.

Comfortable to hold but broke fairly quick
