Items true cost
The APP required to use this device seems to have a monthly fee for use even though it advertises as FREE (only for first 30 days use).Will be trying to return device due to poor or untruthful product information.JIM

Received in used condition
The box and the instruction booklet were clearly used. This did not say refurbished. Very disappointing. Returned, ordered another model and same thing happened. Would never purchase again.

Buy something else!
This definitely not worth the money it sells! I was going to buy this for one of my older friend who is learn second language. I thought it should be easier to operate than a App in cellphone. But it’s not! I can’t figure out how it works :(
