Good and attractive light

NOT Bright what so ever
New moon and you're using these for some costume accents? You're good to go. Need something to light up during the day, nope. Although the wire might be good with a different AC driver, the USP powered driver that comes with this kit doesn't really have enough "umph" to push the brightness.

Photos VERY misleading
Even on 5v 2.5a input the wire is disappointingly dim and cannot be seen when any ambient light is present. Photos are VERY overexposed and misleading. I will still be using this in my car instead of the planned use on my motorcycle because of how dim it is.

custom slot car track is lit
very simple to use, these EL accent lights are a great value. added them to a custom slot car track project, edge lights that are simple to install, and safe to use - very cool product.

Pathetically dim
You wouldn't even see this in the day time. I had to turn out all my kitchen lights to get this picture. It's about the same brightness as the tiny little blue LEDs on my battery bank.
