Q: how is it supposed to stick do i glue it or what?

Hi , it’s got a flat bit that is ment to trap between the joints in the car, it does hold it place however I have got to be honest and say the glow is not what it seems and therefore more of a colour cable than anything else , nice little glow at night , hope this helps

Q: How would I hardwire this to my car?

There ok not very bright don't come with remote control or anything but do come with a we scraper type thing to apply in between slots hope this helps thanks
