Pillow too small; vendor customer support is maxed out.
General quality is good. But it’s too small and thin to be supportive. It is not even as depicted. It came with a card asking to email them if you’re unhappy... I did that but the email returned as undeliverable due to their mailbox being full. So I will just use Amazon’s product return feature, and avoid this vendor in the future.

Best for car or office along with the lumbar support. Don't try a different brand
This neck support along with the lumbar support on this brand Gugusure, are the best. I bought so many other brands that had to return. But this one is very well designed and comfortable. I like to drive long trips and this combo with the lumbar really made a difference.I want to suggest the manufacturer to design a support for a sectional sofa for watching tv.

Doesn't Stay in Place But Provides Good Support When Put into Position Manually
The unit works great when you position it correctly behind your neck. However, it requires manual positioning every time you lift your head, as it falls down too low, and has to be lifted back in place before leaning your neck back. Otherwise, it feels great and supports the neck well. I'm going to try and rig up another support to hold it in place, but don't see any easy way to do that.

FLAT!
The image's lie. What is displayed as a product that has a lot of depth to it is in reality extremely flat. It provided no additional support or comfort to what I already had with my chair. Incredibly misleading photos.

Doesn't fit older models of car seats
Car seat headrest is comfortable and supports your head. However, the strap on the back is too short to have it fit on a seat that doesn't have a separate headrest. It is only made for newer vehicles that have the headrest that fits into the seat with an adjustable rod.

Not for gaming chairs
Using this one a gaming chair and it is not working out. Would not recommend for this usage. The pillow itself is comfortable but doesn’t sit right in the crack between the chair and the headrest

I was sent something different then what’s in the photo
So I spent forever looking for the pillow that would best fit my car. I thought this would work but I didn’t get the same pillow. The one I got is much smaller.
