Push the straw far into the balloon through the valve, until only 1/2 inch of the straw is sticking out of the valve.Step 2:Depress the BalloonPress down on the body of the balloon gently to remove the helium. It can be difficult to get all of the gas out of the balloon, but try to get as much as you can.Step 3: Fold the BalloonFold the Mylar balloon for storage. At this point, remove the straw and fold the balloon body. Some gas may remain trapped inside, but you can squeeze most of it out. You may also leave the straw in to remove more gas as you fold. If you choose to do this, fold the top part of the balloon down and press flat. Fold it down again, if there is room, until just above the end of the straw inside the balloon body. Smooth the balloon flat. Fold in the left and right sides of the balloon, pressing helium out as you go. Remove the straw, and fold down the rest of the way.

Buy backups... “A” has a design flaw
I bought two so there would be a backup. Both letter A balloons had holes in them. Perhaps it’s a manufacturing flaw, but the person who inflated them said both balloons had the same hole in the same spot. It made my mom’s name look pretty weak for her seventieth birthday party. S U S [wilting A] N. The other letters all worked fine.

Won't inflate properly
The first one I bought wouldn't blow up properly.The middle portion would not inflate, no matter what we tried.Eventually, it popped and I had to order another one.The same thing happened with the second balloon...Our baby shower ended up having the baby's name missing the letter "E"!

Bought two and one had hole in it and the other popped even if it the balloon wasnt filled with air all the way in yet

Good color and size. However, it would not blow up. If was a faulty product.
