This review is loooong overdue.I'm giving this product 5 stars because the ones I bought from the store worked great on my hair. I don't know why SoftSheen-Carson discontinued making this product; it was one of the few products that worked well on my type of hair. My hair is very picky and doesn't like most hair products out there. I have a combination of thick and thin hair strands at the front and crown. It's naturally bone dry and incosistenly wavy with limp waves here and there. And the worst parts, not only does my hair tangle easily but many strands have natural kinks which ultimately is the makeup of my frizz. Horrible hair. But when I found this AMLA 10-in-1 product at a RiteAid in Connecticut back in Sept? 2016 (I had never seen it in California where I live), I bought it, tried it, let my hair dry naturally and the results were awesome! A whole lot less frizz, was less tangled, and my waves were soft, bouncy and more consistent (too bad I didn't take any pics to compare.) I tried the product back in California in dry heat weather and it also worked, leaving my hair soft with clumped, bouncy waves. I ran out of the product and couldn't find it at any stores in California. So I ordered it from Amazon and when I tried it, it was not the same! =( The product smelled the same but it didn't do anything to tame my frizz and it left my hair drier than normal with some stickiness left behind. I was able to revisit Connecticut in the summer of 2017 and buy one last bottle of this product at another RiteAid, and again it gave me awesome results compared to the one I bought from Amazon. After I ran out completely, I was desperate to have this product again so I purchased again from Amazon hoping the next bottle will be like the store-bought one; what a mistake. So sad. =(I no longer buy hair products, face creams, and perfumes from Amazon since I've noticed that these products are not the same compared to those I bought from an actual store. Either the ingredients are too old or the recipes are different for some reason (maybe to lower the cost of production to sell them here.) I'd rather spend full price buying from a physical store than get ripped off buying a poor quality product from Amazon, at least for these items.

Great product especially for natural hair and great for kids

Used this for the first time and I LOVE it. I have very fine/ thin relaxed hair. I wear it straight and is always a challenge to keep moisturized without weighing it down or losing body. I've used Chi Silk Infusion for years, but it really doesn't provide moisture and I think has been making my hair dry. My usual routine after wash/ condition is detangler, leave in conditioner spray, moisturizer, blow dry cream, Chi Silk Infusion, heat protectant, anti-frizz spray around my bangs, flat iron, then tiny amount of additional moisturizer. This time after wash/ condition I ONLY used the Silky blowout, on wet hair, comb through, let air dry a little as usual. Blow dried, then flat ironed and I'm amazed at how moisturized my hair is and still has a ton of body! This truly is 10-in-1 as it replaced all my other products! I usually have super dry flaky scalp, but not this time. I did condition with the Amla conditioner as well. Going to quit the Chi and use this for awhile and see how my hair does. My only concern is that it has keratin in it which tends to dry my hair out, but hopefully it won't be a problem.

I love this product and couldn't find it locally, since COVID things have been harder to get a hold of... the seller must know this and marked this up to $30 I received it with this sticker on it...Why? why do that to people?I was desperate and broke down and got it because I just got off of maternity leave and I'm returning to the salon. I love using this on my clients hair but will not be spending this much on it ever again especially after seeing the game that is played.

I love this product. It gets the hair really straight and it stays that way for a long time. With this product I was able to achieve a salon quality press out on my daughter. This is something that was hard for me to do because of her hair texture. It had body and bounce and it lasted for three weeks probably longer but she needed to wash her hair. I love this product!!!

I've used it four times now and haven't noticed a difference.

I’ve purchased this product on Amazon before and the price was reasonable. It’s not a designer product so I’m confused. I am very disappointed with the prices of products that are being inflated when the product is low in volume.. I’m not sure what is happening but it is not right. I paid 3-4x more this time. I won’t be purchasing it again on Amazon

Makes my hair remain soft and silky after blow drying, highly recommended. It can also be used in the hair if it is not being blown dried for a silky soft feeling.
