The strap is too narrow.
The part of the strap with the velcro on it is wider than the rest of the band and scratches my leg. The strap should be the same width as the opening in the buckle. The compression pad is very good.

Supregear IT Band Strap really works!
After having complete knee replacement I was still having a lot of pain over six months after the knee replacement only to find out it was my IT Band that was causing my pain. I ordered the Supregear IT BandStrap. When it came I immediately put it on and it immediately stopped my pain in that area. At last, relief so I could finally get some sleep. I recommend this product HIGHLY.

Very helpful
Lately I've been having trouble with my IT band, so decided to see if a pressure band could help with the pain. I wear this band when I walk and play golf and it eliminates or at least reduces the pain so much that I recently bought a 2nd band for my other leg.

Helps but not perfect
Tried it above the knee and below the knee for IT band pain relief. Seemed to work better when combined with periodic stops for stretching. By itself didn’t help 100%.

Wish had found this a long time ago.
This works. I have struggled with a tight IT band for several years. Have tried rollers of various types which provide temporary relief. This band has provided relief since I put it on 4 hours ago. Has the pain completely gone? Can't tell because I had my knee replaced several months ago and it's hard to tell if what I feel is left over from the knee replacement or from the IT band. I think it's the knee but either way, what I feel is 5% of what I felt before.

It seems to support the IT band sufficiently and does not slide if worn on direct skin.
It doesn’t slip if worn on direct skin. Stabilizes the knee and IT band sufficiently to carry on with exercises, walking ect. I have not started running with it yet, but it’s the best strap I have tried to date.

USELESS PRODUCT
IT DOES NOT STICK AT ALL, NOT ABLE TO USE AT ALL.I was traveling so I opened the product after almost a month if purchasing it, so I couldn’t process the return. It was a waste of my money.
