Calibration... although the readings were all over the place... the calibration of the 6.86 seemed to worked within a few points, as did the 4.01, however... when doing the highest, 9.18... it kept reading near 8.90 and then flashing 6.86 calibration. Using it for homebrewing... tried it on a low alcohol red ale (only 7.5 lbs of grain (marris otter mostly) and added 8g CaCl, 4 g gypsum (to 7 gallons) ... pH ket reading in the low to mid 4s ... Really? ... When the distilled water pre-additives was reading in the 6s

This one works fine for 10 months after that reading is not reliable at all. I usually took all the precaution when storing it. I used to make sure tip is dried properly, But seems liquid solitions are more reliable for long term use.

I got this to keep check on my hydroponic nutrients. It lasted less than 30 days. Kept telling me my nutes PH were high.Checked it against PH test strips and my ph was only 4.0I wont trust it again. Just hope its not too late to save my plants.

I read the feedbacks and trusted others comments, but unfortunately it did not work for me. I was planning to use it to measure the must acid level, but it’s reading was so wrong and misled my decision to adjust the acid control. I actually tried a similar one last year under different name it was bad. I am giving up this type of ph meter for good, and I am not going to trust the feedbacks here since many of the posters were paid for doing so.

I use it for my air plant water and our pool. It works so well.

I purchased the VANTAKOOL pH meter no good disappointed supposedly Amazon best seller I brought it as a back up now that I need it it doesn’t work correctly and I’ve had it too long for Amazon to give me a refund sad!! Disappointing I have to give it one star to submit my review not good Amazon!

Used this a few times last year when making hot sauce. Pulled it out yesterday to check this years batch of hot sauce and will not calibrate. Thanks for nothing.
