Stand for Hours without Minimal Pain
Wow I’ve had problems with my feet since I was a teenager and this mat is a blessing. God bless whoever invented this. I can move my feet to new positions and angles as they start to hurt in a given position. This switching positions enables me to remain standing at my sit-stand desk. I can now enjoy the health benefits of standing instead of sitting. I still take a couple sitting breaks during each shift. But for the most part I am standing. It’s a miracle! Thank you!

Second best gift my wife ever gave me
I've had problems with my feet for a couple years now and have tried a dozen different mats, massage tools, socks and other devices that are supposed to help. This mat was the most effective *by far* of any of them. I can stand and walk again without suffering with every step. It's very large so I don't have to worry about stretching out some in order to be more comfortable, and the dense portions are great for the exercises I'm supposed to be doing. This thing rocks.

Comfy, didn’t realize how bulky.
I guess any one you buy you’ll have to move if you decide to sit. This seems a little bulkier than expected. It’s great when using it, just when storing somewhere it won’t fit in places a flat one would.

Poor design for standing computer desk
Greetings. I intended to use this standing desk mat when I stand at my computer. I had never thought about this before, but given that my keyboard is stationary (the trackpad and keyboard remain in the same location for months), I can't shift my forward-backward position nearly as much as 26 inches. I am sure that I could shift for some tens of seconds, but not while I concentrate on typing. In contrast, a 20 inch X 14 inch balance board that I tried is has reasonable dimensions. However, with this balance board, if I want to step off it, I need to move the board rather than trying to type while standing to the side or in front of it. In other words, I can't shift my position forward and backward even as much as 18 inches and continue typing. I also can't shift my lateral position more than 20 inches while typing. So although this mat called an :"ergonomic" standing desk mat,” I suspect that the designers did not actually test the design. By this I mean that they didn't use the mat while working for hours at a computer. I am 5 foot 8 inches tall (173 cm), perhaps this would work for someone much taller. If I were talking on the phone, watching a video, possibly having a video conference, it might work for me. But not while typing.

Envy of the office!
I have been using this for about 2 weeks, and I like it. It is very supportive. The shape is designed so my feet fit comfortably, while allowing me to shift and change positions. I am able to stand for long intervals without fatigue, or becoming uncomfortable. Several of my co-workers keep asking if they can borrow it!My only suggestion would be to make it about 6 inches wider.

Best standing mat ever!
I have the best standing mat in the office. The mat allows me to conveniently change my standing positions or stretch with ease. It's firm base has allowed me to stand for 8 hours at a time. I take my shoes off and massage the arches on the rim of the mat, a bonus I discovered. Im recommended these mats to 100+ coworkers.

Comfort and sturdiness is evident.
I’m not exactly a lightweight and so I Love the variety of areas to allow your feet to relax and take pressure off. Can definitely feel the difference. Makes stretching feet easier as well as easy to Remeber how important it is to do this through the use of the mat.

Terrific standing mat. 5 stars.
This is a terrific standing mat at a great price. It's a bit narrow when standing with both feet planted for those who are tall or have a wide stance. But the other functions more than make up for this.
