I have used this on my 65 Mustang, 289, Automatic for several weeks now with no problems. Installation was only difficult due to the space available to reach a couple of the bolts on the bracket that mounts the booster to the firewall, but the cuts have healed up nicely. :-) I followed the instructions, bled the brakes properly, adjusted the push rod out for good pedal feel and all is good. My car has 74 Maverick front spindles and disc brakes with stock rear drums on a 8 inch rear axle. I did not have to remove my export brace or anything else to install this and I can still place my hand between the master cylinder and the shock tower. You will need to bend lines to fit between your distribution block and the master cylinder.
