This cleanser has quite a pleasant citrus scent to it. You really don't need a lot of it, in fact I found one pump to be a bit too much for me. Additionally, it cleans well, but doesn't strip your skin and make it feel all tight once it dries. I personally don't wear makeup so I can't really speak of it in that department, but my sister did say that it worked quite well for her, but if you wear tougher long-lasting makeup this cleanser will probably struggle. I don't have particularly problematic skin, though it's always a bit dry in the winter and this caused no issues for me.

I have combination, sensitive skin and was pleased to have such a good experience with the Civant Antioxidant Cleanser! The cleanser has a light, citrus-like scent. A little goes a long way as it lathers quite a bit. My skin is left clean, but not stripped, and glowing. I’m not sure if it’s the aloe vera in this product or something else, but when using this cleanser in the morning, my skin looks nice all day and does not get the oily and dull patches I tend to get in the winter time.

I love that it’s cruelty free, vegan and made in the USA. I also love that the whole bottle was securely shrink wrapped.It has a fresh citrus smell that doesn’t linger after use it. This cleanser lathers but not a lot. My skin felt dry a little after washed my face. For reference, I have dry skin. I think it will work better for normal to oily skin or use it in the summer time.For $30.00, 8 fl oz with lots of antioxidant ingredients is worth the price. I recommend it.

Very clean ingredients and mission. Cruelty free and vegan and they don't use hydroquinone, parabens, mineral oil, petrolatum, sulfates or phthalates. Ingredients include pomegranate, bamboo, and emblica (Indian gooseberry) fruit extracts. I like the light scent and that it doesn't dry my skin or sting in my eyes. It pumps out clear and a bit runny. Made in the USA.

A little goes a long way. About 1/2 pump is all I needed. It smells good! It wasn't sticky, and rinsed off feeling clean!

This is an excellent cleanser that made my pores feel cleared without stripping. It lathered without being overly foamy and even left my skin feeling soft.

I love the way this cleaner smells, to me it is like grapefruit. It doesn't lather much but cleans well. It did dry my skin a little but I just put on moisturizer. I noticed that it also brightens my skin and looks fresh!
