I really try and avoid taking antibiotics as much as I can so I was really happy to find this actually worked with my last full blown UTI. This is a great supplement to take to keep UTIs away. I actually learned about this supplement through a YouTube video. I gave it a try and let me tell you it works! If you have chronic UTIs, take it everyday but mine is occasional, especially if I don’t drink enough water. I only take it when I get a slight hint of UTI and it’s gone! Most supplements, I can’t tell if it’s working but I can’t live without this.

I think that is important. That is why I bought it. Also, it has the smallest list of "other ingredients." That is very important to me. Those other critters can make the product more harmful over time than the benefit you may derive from them.It is hard to tell if it is helping me or not. I have lots of bladder troubles and after taking it for a month or so, I don't think I have a UTI, but not totally sure.

I have never felt compelled to write a review for anything. But this product has completely saved me and gave me the relief that nothing else could. A few months ago around holidays I went through 3 rounds of antibiotics given to me from my doctor to cure a UTI. The UTI never fully cleared, I only had relief for a week and then i'd be getting up in the middle of the night with urgency to pee and uncomfortable symptoms throughout the day. I was desperate for a fix and I did some research on a way to cure my overactive bladder / UTI. I was running out of patience and stressed I had no control over my body. After drinking tons of water, cranberry juice, cutting out sugar, caffeine and alcohol weeks went by and still no relief. I read the reviews for this D-Mannose Capsule and I saw the effects this product had on people. I could only hope and have a little bit of faith that I could have the same relief as they did. I started taking this product and within 1-2 weeks I actually could feel normal again! I have been taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, I can finally have the relief from my bladder and I haven't gotten an UTI since! My friends I can't tell you how grateful I am for this life changing capsule. I don't know how long I'll be taking this, but I think with these kinds of results I will be a committed buyer for a very long time! I have been “prone” to urinary infections as long as I can remember. I take necessary precautions, use common sense and follow all the obvious and not so obvious vagina rules. I am a hygienic person, and some how - no matter what - UTIs find me. I have had back to back UTIs and been on countless rounds of antibiotics over the last 18 months since my cesarean . They no longer work. So I’m trying this, I just got off a 5 day course of macrobid and felt worse than the day I started it. I have been off macrobid and on D-Mannose is for 3 days now and have had significant improvements in the way I’m peeing, full bladder urination & relief. The urgency and burning is going away. I’m going to continue taking 2 a day and update my review later. So far so good👍

I bought this item a while ago and I am happy with the purchase. I recall the seller being communicative as they ensured that I received it timely. I didn't leave a comment earlier because I didn't start taking the capsules until long after the purchase. Overall, it seems like a good product and I like the taste and quality. I bought it because I liked the combination of D-Mannose, cranberry & dandelion, all of which are said to be good for urinary health. I can't say whether it is effective or not because I take various other supplements daily, but I'd definitely purchase it again.

This is my second bottle ordered. It seems to be working very well for me. Very reasonable in price. Great expiration date will be buying more.

Got these to manage my UTIs and they seemed to help a bit, at least with symptoms. However they can give you diarrhoea.
