I purchased this product to help me quit cigarettes. I always wanted a pipe, but a vape pipe suffices. A bit fragile but with care it should last years. They sell all the consumables on Amazon. Comes with 2 batteries and a charger.

I’m a big fan of “great British engineering” so I didn’t read comments prior to buying -I wish I did. Despite its price, this product isn’t as good as a cheapo refillable MTL vape pen one can buy in any corner shop for around £20. My unit had a crack near it’s activate button (see photos – it is more visible and palpable in real life). Not a big deal but certainly not good to have in a brand new vape pen. But the main reason I’m giving 1 star is the cheap / soft metal tank construction. As soon as I screwed the coil back in its place in tank after the very first fill, it stripped a thread. On second refill it refused to tighten back… Now it doesn’t tighten at all and started leaking from there. Totally useless (and liquid soiled a good pair of tracksuit bottoms too)… All in all, 50 quid wasted. I will claim a refund. Also, I highly doubt that this is British made. I wonder if Petershampipes mean anything in Mandarin!

This is the most amazing piece of vape kit ever. Really classy and elegant.

I love this pipe, the battery does not last long but it comes with a spare and as long as you charge one up you can swap over. The tank is also very small and needs topped up regularly, all depends how much you use it. it fits realy good in the hand and the quality is great. Drawback is when you want to unscrew the top to change the battery is very awkward I tried a rubber glove , wet cloth so in the end I glued a 5p coin to the top which gave me the grip to unscrew the top. does not look to bad and only I know it's there.

I brought as a gift for my father for his birthday and he’s finally opened it and he put the liquid in and it’s leaking badly through the bottom :(

Came in a smart box (great if you want to send one as a gift) and is easy to put together and start vaping. Ordered extra wicks direct from Petersham (pipe bought from Amazon) and delivery was very prompt. Recommend it to anyone.

Very pleased with the pipe and excellent customer service from Petersham Pipes. Had a problem when it arrived and couldn't get it working. I emailed them on a Saturday and got a reply straight back saying they would send me replacement. It turned out it was just a faulty coil and I got it working so they are sending me some coils. I can't fault the product or service and I would definitely recommend.
