Cajun Kooling Evaporative Air Cooler (CK4700)

We purchased the CK4700 cajun kooler to see if it would cool down a sunroom. This sunroom is not insulated, has shades but becomes unbearably hot durning the summer months. We had tried numerous products with disappointing results. I can say this cooler actually dropped the temperature in the room. More important we needed some technical assistance and called the number over the Labor Day weekend and we were able to reach someone who was extremely helpful and answered all questions.

We live directly on the path of hurricane Ian. We were battered with 150 mph winds for over 10 hours, gusts of 190 mph. Our Cajun Cooler was outside during the entire storm. When we returned home we found it was knocked over and had landed on a brick wall. The cover was torn off, but to our amazement when we plugged it in everything worked! We had a few scratches and damaged fins. I callled Cajun Cooler and explained what happened. They we extremely compassionate and offered to replace the damaged items and shipped them out the same day! Awesome customer service! We could not be happier with our Cajun Cooler.
