Clarke Sweetone D Whistle - Natural

I wish I’d bought one of these years ago. I’ve had a Feadog one all this time and this one is so much sweeter and far easier to play. No hesitation in recommending it. I didn’t want a gold one, but there’s no way I’m letting it go now that I have it.

I bought this as my first whistle, and I'm so glad I did.It is a perfect beginner's whistle. The tone is fantastic throughout both registers (especially the higher one), it is easy to play and well made.Some people have complained about the ridge on the bottom, but I actually find it is quite useful to rest my thumbs on whilst playing.The only downside to this whistle is that I am now somewhat unpopular with the dog.

Even though I m a beginner with the tin whistle this has a lovely low mellow tune to it. Would highly recommend this whistle.

All notes in tune. Mellow, slightly whispering tone which I prefer to other whistles. Has a raised ridge of metal running down its back as bore is tapered, but I personally have no problem with this. Arrived quickly and undamaged,and was well packaged.
