Not worth the time and money.
This is very cheap. The poles for the structure snap together which make it very weak, the canopy sags in the middle because there isn’t enough support, the chain link fence was a really cheap and twisted up when trying to unroll it. Just the force of me trying to unroll and stretch it out was enough to twist it up and get several bad spots and areas that I had to spend more time trying to close up and fix.The package was missing parts, specifically the support rods for the fence. They send zip ties (yes, freaking zip ties) to use to tie the fence to the support poles. I had to go to Lowe’s and spend another $100 on parts just to get the fence installed with enough support. The fence will stretch and bend just from putting tension on it to tighten it.The ONLY reason I’m not returning it for a refund is the time and effort it will take me to take this cheap piece of crap apart and package it back up. I’ve put enough time in it already. I almost feel like as cheap as this thing is, the company should refund me and let me take this to the landfill where it belongs.f you like to have cheaply made, crappy looking stuff sitting around your yard, buy this. If you like to have things that are nice and will last, spend your money somewhere else.

Hard to Assemble
Works fine for what I needed it for but it's not sturdy attributed to the hard assembly.

The chain.link was all tangles up
The chain link was all tangled took forever to get it untangled. The first day after we put the cover on it was a little windy and first the wind picked up the whole dog pen then the top started to rip so we wer only able to use the cover half of a day before it became unusable

Great Structure!
We bought this for our 2 German Shepherd/Dalmatian puppies. The structure is very sound! However, our boys love to dig. So I must say, we've had to figure out a flooring solution for this kennel.I bought this because it came with a shade cover. We live in the desert and our boys need shade. We built this kennel the first part of October and by the beginning of December the cover had disintegrated. We didn't even make it to our hot weather. Customer service was a delight to work with. They made everything right!I will also add, I would suggest buying stainless steel zip ties (our boys chew the plastic ones) to secure the fencing instead of using what they provide. Unless of course, you're a professional. We are not.

Not well made, extra supplies NECESSARY.
I bought this kennel before reading reviews and regret it. It’s a big kennel which I was looking for for my 4 l/xl dogs. (2 Shephards, a mountain cur, and a pit/lab mix) The size is about the only good thing about it.The precut fencing for the gate was too short, we had to put extra galvanized fencing to make it secure. No tension rod and the chain link was all tangled and pieces weren’t secured together which made it time consuming to put together and fix the chain link as much as possible but still doable just took a lot of adjusting and some of it looks funky and bent. There is one upwards post that is visually crooked but we don’t know why or how. We tried a few ways to fix it before giving up and letting it be as is.The poles for the roof don’t reach from the middle bar to the outside so we couldn’t use those and will have to try to secure the tarp on top another way. (Haven’t tried to put the tarp cover on yet)If you buy this, buy some tie wire bc the metal ties and zipties are not enough to secure a dog who wants to get out. I’d also recommend having some other fencing for back up (we used galvanized fencing, it’s much more sturdy)

Waste of money at this point
Yet another update not happy I have added pictures this time. Came home today 6/20/21 to find the top bars of the dog kennel has Collapsed I feel like this would of happen if the tarp cover would have fit properly and not have been so loose to begin with. Which was my 1st Complete. There were holes in the cover from the wind blowing it off last time so I had add some extra Support to try and tighten it up and now it completely destroyed. It has only been a couple of months sents I have put this together. And it has been nothing but trouble. Something that was supposed to make this easier and better for my dog has do just the opposite. My dog is a medium size dog and she has been able to bite her way through the gate so I had added a screen and put a rode all the way around the bottom and wired it down to the Frame and and the fence is so soft she has even pushed the links together to make a hole in the side. Also have pictures.Another update. The tarp cover didn't even make it thought the 1st storm sents being put up. It ripped right off.Update. My dog was able to push up the fence to get out. I had to buy Rebar to run though the bottom of the fents and then I used binding wire to curate it to the bottom bar. I must save fairly easy to assemble instructions could use some work however I was able to put this up by myself While holding a baby and chasing around a toddler Because he kept taking the parts lol it Just took a couple of days. The tarp that covers the top is loss that is the only down fall

Cheaply made
I will say the company responded quickly when I thought some pieces were missing (my bad, they just weren't marked. I did find them) but for the money I paid, I expected more than zip ties to fasten the fence to the posts. The fence itself is cheap, had to reconnect the links several times and it kept kinking up, and all the posts didn't have pre drilled holes. The screws did drill the holes nicely, but you really have to work to get them lined up right and leveled since you're doing the work. Had to go to Lowe's and spend another hundred to get real fasteners to connect it. Looks okay and the gate lock is good, but I wouldn't pay more than a hundred for this. Buy the individual pieces and do it yourself--it'll be cheaper, easier and you'll thank me later. I would've returned, but it's too heavy for me to load and take back to the ups store.
