Neat and efficient air cooler
Neat and compact cooler. Very efficient in keeping the air cool. I use cold water from the fridge plus the ice pack in the reservoir to get the coolest air. The cooler is lightweight and I use it in my living room and during the very hot nights in my bedroom. It is superior to an electric fan as the swing on the cooler can be adjusted to distribute the cold air effectively. Only drawback is the short cable and have to use an extension to position it for the best results.

Product is absolutely brilliant. Does what it says on the tin. Not too big in size either. Its perfect. Overall happy with this purchase. Recommended to family & friends.

Reasonably good unit
Good little product. Uses about one tank of water per 8-hour shift so daily top up required when using ‘water cooling humidification.Not great in extremely hot weather - air conditioning unit would be better.As described by seller, arrived promptly and well packaged. If you don’t want people to know what you are buying ask for plain wrapping.

Faulty and appalling company to deal with
Ten uses out of this fan at most. It leaks everywhere. I am two weeks over my warranty so they refused to help with technical questions, let alone offer a replacement or refund. My email response from them was offhand and brief.I will be complaining to Amazon as they are still selling a product unfit for purpose. And I will be informing prem-i-air that they have a company selling their products who are rude, unhelpful, and not addressing a problem with its stock. It's not a good advert for prem-i-air.**Update. Amazon were SUPERB dealing with this. I wonder if the company has a notorious reputation because they were so quick to help and offered me a refund immediately. I can now purchase a new air cooler from a company who aren't appalling to deal with!
