Good absorbency and great full length
These are my go to's. I also love that I get samples of NorthShore's other products to try! I call these liners my 'snatch outs' :) . I love the length and the lenght is one of the main features I was after. 27 inches that covers from the front of the Depend to the back....to the end. I leave about an inch at the top front and back, so the scrunchy part of the Depend can still hug the hips. The absorbency is good at least for a full release. I am not sure about 2. I use one snatch out(liner) at night after the bath and replace mid day. If going out, I check to see if there is a need to replace. So at least two per day and possibly three on a day, if going out. If a full release, it does a decent job of keeping the moisture away but in some cases, it will be a bath and replacing of the Depend and Liner. These also do a good job keeping smells in if moisture is in them. I recommend you try these! They work for me!

Very long and amazing!!
The media could not be loaded. Bought these for my grandpa who’s had prostate surgery so he has leaks (from both ends) and we add these to his depends to cut the cost of cha going depends sooo often (they are almost $3 each) but this way he can change himself. I’ve never seen such sticky and tacky adhesive on a pad before they are great! Will definitely stay in place. My gpa is 5’7” and 150 lbs he’s not a super active man and these flair out on BOTH end the but being bigger of course. But these have been a game changer. I bought him size XL but a L would definitely be enough! It catches it all!! No more messes with feces in his depends it’s all contained. These things are amazing. We live on east side of WA state and it did take a week and half to get to us but we’ll worth the wait!!

Good pad
This pad is the best I have found so far for my situation. After my last surgery for prostate cancer my leakage problem became worse. When the time comes it is not forgiving. I usually feel leakage as I hurry to the rest room. These pads do hold it.What I don't like is once wet, the cotton filler stats falling to the bottom. This makes it uncomfortable as everything falls into my crotch. This makes it tough when I am out for meetings, etc., as I cannot discreetly carry one of these to a bathroom and change it out. For a pad designed for higher absorbency, it falls short. If the filler stayed up in place, it would be the perfect pad. When it is time to change it out, I don't feel that it keeps me very separated either. It usually needs changed mid-afternoon. Then I use their Wipes to clean myself before putting on a new one. By the way, their Supreme Wipes are excellent.

Product doesn't prevent soiling clothes
These pads don't hold the amount of bodily waste as described in the product description. Urine and bowel excrement spills through the pad unto my husband's clothes and bed linens.

Cost effective
We use these on my 92 year old Mother in Law, she's incontinent of all body functions, I cannot address product for comfort, because she's not able to communicate, these liners are excellent, it has saves on multiple diaper changes, most of the time we only need to change the liner and nothing else, highly recommend.

The liners are very large!
I read the item description incorrectly- I did not realize that the order was only 4 liners and the liners were so large!

Highest quality product and I have tried many.
Quickly absorb liquids, halds a large amount. they don't usually leak. when they keak it is because I did not position them correctly. qick delivery directly from manufacture. Free shipping if ordering amount that meets their requirrement for free shipping. Not your fault, but I can not fathom why medicare will not pay for them but medicaid will pay for incontinent supplies. Please help us petition medicare to cover incontinent supplies.
