Hand grippers and finger grippers are fantastic to use.
If you're into bodybuilding and/or power-lifting, don't hesitate to go for the Tug 7 immediately. If you're already bench pressing, curling, deadlifting, and performing shoulder presses with a lot of weight, it's important to think harder, not easier. Practicing with the Tug 7 might even help give you a stronger grip, leading to your fingers assisting you when your upper forearms get tired towards the end of a lift.
