The eat thing about this device is the fact in doesn't run at maximum speed a the time (unlike other Hoover's I've seen or owned). This thing you can control the power of the device which is good. The last robotic Hoover I owned and sent back had broken because I believe it ran on maximum power all the time. It was breaking within 6 weeks and couldn't cope. I've had this caoyo robot now for about 3-4 months maybe... No problems.The other good thing is the price...What you have to remember is that this device connects to your WiFi on the 2.4 g band of your wireless hub... NOT the 5 g band. I had absolutely no problems connecting to my virgin media wireless hub... It was a breeze.The only problem I would say I had with this device is the fact it came with a 2 pin plug (Tut). Luckily I had a 2 pin adapter handy but I feel this is unforgivable. This is the UK and we have a 3 pin plug sockets. Sort it out.I never bothered with the remote that came with the robot. All my needs is covered with the phone app. Just a shame I can't connect it to Alexa... But hey I bought this at the time due to the price point.If you don't know or never owned a robot then let me tell you that these devices do need a little tlc. You do need to empty them every 2 days and you do need to clean the sensors every now n again and you do need to clean the roller every few days or so. If you do this then the machine will run almost faultless.I have 2 cats and I also have asthma... This device helps me a lot... Programmed to run about 30 minutes after I have left the house for work... It keeps the cat for down and leaves the house looking clean. Great product

Robot vacuum was bought in September 2019 and here we are in February 2020, merely 5 months later, and the robovac no longer works. It is not physically broke - it just does not switch on at all.The support email address is unresponsive when I emailed for support on how to link it to WiFi (got it working eventually after a few days of trying various things, but ever got a reply from their support team), so I'm not holding much hope for any response to this issue either.My advice is to save your money and buy a more reputable brand who will offer you customer support when you need it. I didn't expect to pay this amount of money for a robovac that only works for 5 months!

The machine is bigger than I expected it to be. It needs a clear run to return to its home when done. It’s programmed to start just after midnight so we come down to a swept ground floor. It doesn’t like the rugs so I roll them up at night if the room needs sweeping, or close the door to keep it out. I have solid floors only. I don’t know what it’d be like on carpet. I’m very happy with this machine & reccomend it

A very good robot, despite I thought it had a scan, and it would memorize my home. I think because of this sometimes it gets lost. But it's very good, clean under stuff really good too.

The media could not be loaded.  Hello, I also have a small problem, the cleaning program starts, but it remains at the same point, as if it had a locked wheel. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Keeps hovering same Spot not very good at finding way round room

Nice little machine.... picks up surface dirt well.... not for deep down cleaning but does the job...and after about 40 mins or so...finds it way back to the charger to charge itself up very clever gadget
