This is the second installment of the series and just keeps getting better. Sometimes I just want to cry for Hannah because she's so confused and even enjoys some of the things Jackson does to her. He causes her pain and pleasure but walks away like she's nothing but a whore. Hannah now knows who her captive is even though she doesn't know why he is after revenge on her sister or who he was to her sister in the past, but she decides to not tell him she's not Harley because her Aunt needs the money he has up for offer. Jackson is cruel at times but is starting to get feelings for who he still believes is Harley and he doesn't know what to do about them except take out his misery on Hannah/Harley because there is no way he's going back down that road. He wants her broken fully and humiliated. He keeps throwing obstacles that would have pissed Harley off in the past but they keep backfiring with Hannah and he just doesn't understand. So he keeps playing on the passion they have and the dominance he has over her. And the ending on this book...it had me in a tizzy more than the first one! Go start this series if you haven't. You won't be disappointed

Hannah is both happy and nervous as the identity of Jackson is revealed to her. While he is intent on making her pay for her sins against him, Hannah braces herself to show him otherwise. Jackson is the sort of guy who can be direct and honest, including with himself. He knew that once upon a time, he was trusting and caring and saw where it led him, so he has no remorse for becoming the man he is now. Hannah sees both the old Jackson and the new Jackson and desperately wants him to find that old version of himself again. She's patient, tolerant and forgiving, believing that if she tells him who she really is, she will put her aunt at risk and holds back. It's an intriguing story and I couldn't wait for Jackson to discover the actual truth to see what he would do with that information.

Deep Domination (Bought By the Billionaire Book 2 by Lili Valente This is the second instalment and I have to tell you it just keeps getting better. Hannah has kept up the lie and I can honestly say that I don’t blame her, I mean it is working in her favour to a point where Jackson is looking after her in a very sexual way. Jackson is the Dom and Hannah has become his submissive. He is wicked to her at times especially when she defies him. This story has more twists and turns and mystery. This is dark, dirty, filthy, erotic and full of suspense. You just can’t get enough. I really am enjoying this series.

The second of four serials, 'Deep Domination' picks up right where book 1 left off. Hannah is being held by Jackson, who believes that she is her sister, Harley. With plenty of sexy content, this short read proved to be a steamy choice to pass a little time. Like the first serial, this one is fast-paced and at times, seems a little rushed. More often than not, that is the case with serials, in my experience. That being said, I like having the story broken into quick, manageable pieces on occasion. Unlike the first serial, this "book" spent a little more time on character and plot development. Hannah and Jackson spend more time getting to know one another and warring with their conflicting emotions. Flashbacks to past events shed new light on present-day events as well. This serial ends with a big revelation, which will leave you craving the follow-up book, as intended. I'm curious to see where the story is leading, although I have a pretty good guess. After the big reveal at the end of this one, I have to know what happens. I will continue the series, but am a little peeved that each serial is costing $2.99 + the add-on expense of Audible narration. It seems kind of like a rip-off to pay the price of a full-length novel for such a short serial. Just sayin'.

Though Jackson decided to seek the truth from Hannah he waited to long and NIW he may not get the chance. The continuation of Jackson and Hannah story is gripping and you are hoping that these two finally come to understand each other. Can't wait to read the next installment. Took me only hours to read this one this afternoon!!

3.5 STARS!! I'm really liking this. This picks up where book 1 left off. The first chapter goes into detail about why Jackson hates Harley so much. So a major piece of the puzzle right off the bat. Hannah is starting to put some pieces of that puzzle together as well which is making this a very good read. I do hate how short it is and the $$ I'm spending on reading a serial, but it has sucked me in and I can't wait to read the next. This is a dark read with some pretty HOT, kinky sex in it.

This story was filled with all the tension you would expect after reading the previous one. The major difference? I never thought Jackson would be the way he was with Hannah. I expected him to be harder, but I liked that he wasn't. It broke the smallest barrier for him and Hannah to question everything about each other. Great sequel! Can't wait to read the next!

This book was intriguing in that you knew the truth and waited for the male character to work it out. Well written in that the story flowed and didn't have any place that it became unclear in where you were or what was happening. Thoroughly enjoyed. This book is part of a series.

Deep Domination is the second instalment of the Bought by the Billionaire series and I found the story is getting better with every page you turn and liked it more than the first part. Hannah has agreed to be for one month at the mercy of an unknown millionaire, who has offered her in return enough money to save her and her aunt's bed and breakfast. She will be able to pay off their debts, to see to all the desperately needed repairs and to continue the life the two woman had built for themselves. Four weeks on a desert island with a stranger, having to obey to all his sexual desires, can't be that bad, or will it? But what, if the guy mistakes you for someone else and is in for ice cold revenge? Will you survive? And will he be able to keep his feelings under control? The story certainly has some interesting twists and turns in store and sizzling hot sex with a mysterious alpha male galore. Dark and dangerous Jackson Hawke is just perfect for the part. You can't help but wonder, if there's still any emotion other than hatred left in this guy under his cold and ruthless demeanour. Sure enough there's another cliffhanger at the end of the novella, but from the sound of it, I got the feeling it will be the best part yet to come, as I have an idea who sent Hannah the "Don't be afraid, I'm a friend and watching over you. I will send you a sign." message. And of course, it's high time to find out, if Jackson Hawke has a heart and if it can be re-awakened.

Why the heck have I been charged for something 'audible' AS WELL as this book!? Purchase price is 3.99. Not 3.99 plus 2.99 for something I didn't ask for! Annoyed and won't buy the books in this series now because I can't trust the purchase 😕
