So far so good!! I got my iPhone 7 over 2 years ago so the battery life is awful. I bought this case and it recharges my phone 3-4 times a day. It works perfectly for what I need it to do. I like that it is not too bulky and it does not make my phone much larger. It is somewhat heavy, but that is to be expected. I’ve had this case for 2 weeks now and so far it has been awesome!

Iv'e had this case for 4 mths and it's been more than disappointing. It doesn't hold the charge, the plug is finicky (sometimes it works, sometimes not), it overheats and comes apart (the upper piece) randomly. This is a replacement for the identical case which did not fit properly so I will not be buying from this company. BTW. their website ([email protected]) doesn't exist so no troubleshooting is possible.

The media could not be loaded.  Ok so I purchased to utilize the power of having a charging case! Yay. Wow! This is a life saver!! Only to receive charging case and not be able to properly use it. My phone charge was getting low so I was like I got a case!!! I turned it on and seconds later the charge stopped. I pressed power again and the charge came on but stopped charging seconds later. This is inconvenient especially if I was in true need of an immediate charge. Please help! Replace or refund immediately!

Nice looking case, fits my phone well. My biggest complaint is that the charging port is a bit loose, so most of the time I end up charging my phone outside of the case so that it isn’t constantly connecting/disconnecting. I can live with it for the price

The media could not be loaded.  So far so good been using it for 2 days now and it’s holds a charge very well I charge the case fully at night and my phone in the morning I put my phone in the case and it really comes in handle when your phone percentage starts to drop I really really like it the top is magnetic u can take it off and snap it to the back and watch movies it whatever the phone slides in the charger fix’s perfectly I’m very satisfied with this purchase I pray it last I read a few reviews were it stopped working won’t charge it broke so imma be very careful with this my phone be full all day and I love that I will update after a few weeks to a month and see if it still doing it job thanks

I love this case. Or, at least I did. I bought it in November (2019) and it was working great! In December (2019), the prongs inside the charger case that hold the cord in place broke and no longer held the cord. As a result, I have to finagle the cord into JUST the right position to get it to charge. After that, the battery doesn't seem to last as long.Aside from that, I did love the case. I love that it is magnetic. I love that it has a power switch. I love the size. I love the protection it provided my phone.Honestly, I would buy the same one again if I could get it by tomorrow since I'm flying out of town the day after. So, I guess I'll have to find one with one day shipping.If only it hadn't broke.

I’ve had similar products to last well over a year (which I would expect). This case, I have been using for less than 3 months. When plugged in, it rarely charges unless the cords are plugged in at a certain angle and not moved. In other words, it seems as the plug on for the case is too loose to properly charge the case and phone.Don’t waste your money on this one!

This battery case is not only great looking it is vital to any parents who want their children to have a charged phone! My college freshman moved into the dorms this summer. Since her move she has had a dead phone three times! As a worried, maybe somewhat over-protective parent I decided she needed a battery pack she would actually use. I originally bought her one she had to carry and use a cord with, which she never used. Thankfully, this did the trick! She likes the way it looks on her phone. Doesn't require her to carry any additional stuff. Keeps her phone charged if and when it dies. I can't attest to the amount of time it will last because she had not used it until it's dead. Overall very happy with this purchase!
