Molds are great. Cutter is way too big for the mini molds, however if you put 2 molds together its perfect. But that is one big cannoli.

The cutter is too big. Otherwise, I would rate higher.

Bought these to make cannoli and they worked well and cleaning was easy. Tubes are a bit flexible to help with removal. The only thing to consider is the dough cutter that comes with it creates circles the same length as the forms so it makes it more challenging to remove the forms once the shells are fried. Ideally your dough circles should be a bit shorter so the tubes overhang. Overall they were inexpensive enough that buying another smaller circle dough cutter isn’t the end of the world.

Bought the cannoli set to try a delicious recipe for my husband, delivery was fast as always!; found tubes a little bit too short and the ring cutter is definitely bigger, although you are still able to use it for other recipes, makes it useless for the size of tubes I’ve ordered.Over all, tubes are perfect for small cannolis!.

After a couple of uses they started to get rust around the edges even if I didn't wash them in the dishwasher or with dish soup , only with a wet paper towel.

the cutter is to large and if you use it the dough goes over the cylinder and once cooked the dough expands over the cylinder and you can not slide it off the dough

I haven't had a chance to try these yet, but they look perfect. Good sturdy tubes for cannoli. Also came with a mousse ring that I hadn't noticed in the ad, so great added value!
