HUGE capacity, fits Spectra S1 - so adorable!
First of all, I looked EVERYWHERE for a backpack for the Spectra S1 that was even remotely cute. It was difficult to find because of the S1's awkward shape. Most bags were as totes or purses. I wanted a backpack since my other work back is already a tote and I didn't want to feel like I was being weighed down on both shoulders.When I found this, I thought it was adorable and took the chance. It arrived, and I opened it and fell in love with it immediately! I used it the following week. I fit my work laptop inside (a Surface laptop, approx. 14"), the Spectra, wipes, extra diapers,extra clothes for baby, the flanges and tubes. There was still plenty of space for other things.My one complaint (and the reason for the 4 stars) is that the "leathery" parts feel kind of cheap. When I finally put everything in it for its first test run, it felt a bit heavy and I was a a little nervous that too much weight would make the straps stretch or break. They didn't, but I only wore the bag for about a half hour before reaching my final destination.This is a great stylish option for when I need to carry around my breast pump. Will update when I go back to work full time and will be toting this everyday.

Fits my spectra S1 plus perfectly. Plenty of space for other needs.
I was worried when ordering this because I read other reviews saying that their spectra pump didn’t fit well. My Spectra S1 plus fit perfect. It doesn’t creat bulges or protrude. It has tons of space to carry the pump all the accessories and whatever else you need in a diaper bag. Comes with a portable changing bad that is a decent size. I order a separate bag to use as a diaper bag and this one for portable pumping but ended up returning the second bag because this one was more practical for me as far as space goes. I wish I could combine the two bags as the other one was more my style and had a few cooler features (easy access wipe pouch concealed pocket to hide valuable or wallet) as well as padding on the back for more comfort which would be great considering when this bag is full it will be super heavy I’m sure. This bag does not seem to be very padded or have comfort in mind. But overall i am satisfied and it will serve is purpose. Side not just an aesthetic the pleather accents look cheap.

Lots of space, good structure
This bag is exactly what I need for work. The laptop sleeve is great for my computer or for papers that I need to take home. It has enough room in the main space for a cooler bag or lunch tote. There are enough pockets for me to bring my pump parts, breast pads, milk storage bags, and of course, the pump itself. I really like that it has a separate space in the bottom of the bag that is easy to access, although the pump (Spectra 2) itself is a little loose in there.I like the colors and feel like it will be durable enough to get me through the year.

Awesome
I was a little disappointed because I bought it thinking the top of the bag was pink from the pictures but when I got it, it is a light grey. It is way bigger than I thought it was but it carry’s everything I need it to and then some. It has an unlimited supply of pockets which is super nice.

Very large, nice backpack
Good-looking backpack and it fits my Spectra S2 perfectly. The bag is huge though! Once I had it full with my pump, cooler and extra pump parts it was really a very large backpack! I can put my laptop in the sleeve to take to work, which is nice. Plenty of other pockets for odds and ends.

Happy with purchase
I ordered 5 different pump bags that fit lap tops. This was the only one that I could comfortably fit both in. The backpack is huge when I have it all packed but that was the point to have it altogether. It's a cute backpack and the straps seem durable and comfortable.

Best Diaper Bag!
Love this backpack! It is large enough to carry my pump and all baby necessities! It has a lot of separate compartments that come in handy for keeping the bag organized!
