Great tea, but no refund if it’s not delivered
I ordered this 03/31 and after a delay, it was supposed to arrive on 4/11. I asked for a refund on 4/27 but their AI manager told me that it is still possible that it can arrive and I can return it for a refund then. The tea is great - I’ve had it before - but I will never drink anything from this company again because of their abysmal serice.
