I started taking Swanson Pure Joint a few weeks ago looking for relief to the pain and discomfort of arthritis affecting my right hand. After just a few days I could notice the difference and shortly after I can say that the pain and discomfort are at least 80% gone. In fact, many days I have absolutely none. This seems to help keep my joints healthy and flexible. The ingredients work to support you ligaments and joints. I have been using this for a many months and I have less joint issues.

It works okay and provides some relief but it does not completely take the pain away.
