Buttstock Cleaning Kit

what can I say I like my AK cleaning kit, watch some videos and you'll see it's more than just a little bottle for your tools, you can use the bottle / container itself for several cleaning techniques. The cap seems a little loose.

Received it on time as promised by seller. Had some light surface rust which was easily removed by polishing lightly with 000 steel wool and refinishing it with vans instant gun blue .Oil it afterwards and it's brand new again and ready to go inside your sks or ak rifle. Overall I am very satisfied with the kit. I will recommend it to anybody who wants a genuine military cleaning kit.

This came at a great price, especially given that it's one of the very few that has the trigger assembly pin--for those who need it and know what it's for.

Item description and pictures lead me to believe I was purchasing an AK cleaning kit, however I actually received an SKS cleaning kit.

delivery was quick. product came exactly as advertised. not too much cosmoline, easy to clean off. had a few small scratches and no rust. fit into the stock of my romanian wasr 10/63. not sure, but i dont think the brush would work with any ak that isnt 7.62x39

The main reason I purchased this kit, was because some of my recent AK purchases didn't come with one. The most important feature, for me, was the cap of the cleaning kit. I wanted to be able to use it as a bore guide, to clean my rifles from the muzzle end, without damaging the muzzle. I like bore snakes and ripcords; but I didn't want to be dependent on them. The cap on this kit is TOO small to be used as a bore guide. Luckily, I purchased some surplus AK cleaning kits at the same time. They needed cleaning up; but at least they were designed to properly perform ALL of the routine maintenance tasks, the kits were designed for.

it was a bit rusty but it was complete and correct. I little oil and a brush fixed it right up. I've purchased several of these and they're almost always either incomplete or incorrect parts pieced together to appear to be correct to the shopper. I've lost money on these more times than I can count, but this one truly was mil surp as advertised.
