The gym that I go to recently installed hard wood flooring in the squat rack areas. I prefer to squat and deadlift shoe-less (socks only), but can't since they've "upgraded" the flooring. I found these grip socks hoping that they would secure my foot on squats and deadlifts. Squats worked ok, but I was hesitant going heavy. Deadlifting didn't work as expected. The grip does not extend to the heel area, thus limits your grip and causes instability. Other than that, the socks feel great, comfy and the size fit my 10-11 shoe size. Oh yea, they aren't meant to be worn with shoes. If you do, you'll lift the sole out of your shoe like how Shang Tsung lifts the souls out of his opponents.

Bought these for my Mom. They are comfortable and have held up great after many washings.

Fantastic socks. These socks fits nice and snug, yet does not restrict blood flow. The bottom has a texture which is anti- slip. Excellent socks.

The socks are not soft and comfortable like my other socks I have. They are a little bit big even though I got the smallest size so they run big. They do have good traction and they are loose on my leg and do not allow for indentation into my leg.
