Great roof top tent! 4years of use and its still going strong.
Brilliant roof top tent (RTT). Have had it for over 4 years so its finally time to do a long term review. I use it a lot. Lots of summer nights camping with the family, elk hunts in the fall, and coyote hunting in the winter. It has done exceptionally well in rain and snow and the vents open wide to get plenty of air flow in the summer. My best friend has the Tepui RTT and I have spent plenty of nights in it...still prefer the Tuff Stuff RTT. Main reason I went with the Tuff Stuff tent vs the other brands is the mattress pad. It was memory foam and thicker than the other brands. That being said, every RTT I have ever slept in suffers from a lack of insulation through the bottom pad during fall/winter/snow camping. This tent is not bad in that regard but still not perfect. Problem is easily solved with an inflatable backpacking style air mattress under your sleeping bag. My best friend and I slept in this tent together for 6 nights on a Colorado overland trip, I am 6'7 and 245lb and hes 6'5 265lb. It wasnt a suite at the Ritz, but there was plenty of room to be comfortable.
