Cash Box by OSAFE (Back - Combination Lock)

Great safe. It is sturdy and the included safety cable is an absolute necessity that most other cash boxes for sale don't provide. Make sure to lock the box upon closing it, as it does not do so automatically. The box has a tendency to tip backwards if not on a flat surface and full of coins, but that shouldn't be a problem for most. The only plastic part is the lid to the coin holder. It seems slightly fragile, but you just have to be gentle when opening it. It clicks shut with ease. The handle is sturdy and it comes with 4 keys which is overly plenty. Overall, great safe for a great value.

I ordered this to use for a BBQ we have at the store I work for so we would be able to take cash payments and not worry about misplacing money or receipts. It was a three day event and the box was perfect. It was easy to set the combination and use the security cable. My only issue was the lid on the coin tray the small plastic piece that holds the lid closed snapped off. That is why 4 stars instead of 5 on the sturdiness. The box held up well even after being dropped a few times and when someone tried to run off with it and yanked on the security cable it dented a bit but the paint didn't chip. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a cash box.

The money clips work well. The coin holder is a bit hard to open. I had hoped that there was a clasp on the cable, and that the cable was permanently attached to the box, but one needs to provide a lock for the cable. The cable can easily be removed when the box is open—don’t care for that. The box works well for my money holding needs, but not security.

I like the size of the box...not too bulky, but large enough to hold numerous bills and keep them orderly. I also like the cable which can attach the box to a table leg...no more worrying that the money box will be snatched! Cannot speak from experience of the durability but it seems to be of excellent quality.

I'm happy with this money box. It is sturdy, easy to lock, and the description matched the product received. The description was informative and the reason I bought the product. Item is exactly as described, all parts received. I especially like that four keys AND a security lock tether were included. Would buy again if needed, and absolutely would recommend to a friend.

Nice box, easy to set combination, but .... on the first one the latch did NOT latch thus the combination "lock" cash register doesn't lock. Sent it back for a replacement. The replacement arrived. The latch closed until I tried to set the combination. Then the lock froze up. Plus the lid to the coin section was busted. Sent the second unit back and ordered a similar product (identical looking and operating) from a different company that arrived in good working order and cost a couple dollars less.
