Phone has to sit just right to charge
I loved the idea of this charger but now I only use it for my watch. I woke up so many mornings with a dead phone and finally had enough. You have to set the phone perfectly in one spot for it to charge. Any movement and it knocks it off and will not charge your phone. Even the vibration of my phone knocked it off of that perfect spot. It seems to have a magnetic grip on my watch however and charges it well. I do have to keep it at a certain angle, almost flat to avoid having to take off my band to allow it to charge. Overall- I'm not a fan.

Don’t recommend
Does not charge well. Had the watch on the charger 24 hours and it only charged about 20%. A friend tried charging her watch and her watch overheated and had to cool down before she could see the clock face. When I tried to charge my phone, it wouldn’t stay on charge. It would leave charge mode in about two seconds. Attempted to use the charger several time without success.

Doesn't Charge for More Than a Couple of Minutes
Maybe I'm just not doing something correctly, but whenever I put my phone or Apple Watch on this charger, I get positive indications of connectivity and the charging symbol shows an active charge. However, about 10 minutes later, neither phone nor watch are charging. Found this out the hard way when I woke up to a dead phone and nearly dead watch the day after receiving the product. Will be returning

Would not charge phone and watch at same time.Constantly losing power to either watch or phone while charging

Horrible. Worked for 1 week and then stopped charging my Apple watch.

Hard to find charging spot for phone
Sometimes it decides not to charge in the middle of the night. Also, you have to place the phone right on a specific spot or else it won’t charge.

Good product over all
Great product, after trying 3 different ones, this one will charge both the phone and watch without turning them off and on. The only thing why a 4 star is because were the cable comes out. Comes out right in front but after a little tinkering i made a hole on the side and looks better because you dont have a wire coming out.

Would not recommend
Not the best. Doesn’t like a normal charger, if you don’t sit it just right it will not charge. Would not purchase again
