I love this mushroom supplement so much, I sent some to my family out of state.

This supplement is an impressive collection of popular mushrooms (popular due to their potential health benefits). The suggested serving size is one capsule, which contains 200mg Organic Royal Red Reishi Mushroom 1:1 Extract, 100mg Organic Shiitake Mushroom 4:1 Extract, 50mg Organic Chaga Sclerotium Mushroom 8:1 Extract, 50mg Organic Lions Mane Mushroom 8:1 Extract, 40mg Organic Cordyceps Militaris Mushroom 10:1 Extract, 40mg Organic Maitake Mushroom 10:1 Extract, 25mg Organic Royal Red Reishi Mushroom 8:1 Extract.I'm impressed that the company explains the import of using the actual 'fruiting body' of the mushroom, as opposed to the mycelium (akin to the rooting system of the mushroom). The actual mushroom fruiting body contains the sought after polysaccharides, glucans and phytonutrients, (Further, they note that the mycelium has very low levels of Beta-D-glucans.)The Supplement Facts includes text stating that the ingredients are "100% Certified organic whole mushroom fruiting body extract" (with the exception of the Organic Chaga Sclerotium Mushroom Extract). Noteworthy, this supplement supplies 'at least 20% Beta-(1,3)(1,6)D-glucans (the component that is associated with health benefits regarding immunity, cognitive/neurological systems and general mood/health).They state that the product is organic, but there is not official certification (USDA Organic, for example). I would have liked an official/recognized body's certification for organic. The product packaging does mention that each batch of this product is "laboratory tested for cleanliness, purity and potency." This does provide some confidence in the integrity and purity of the ingredients. Also, there is text that clearly states that the supplement is made in a "cGMP, FDA registered and fully audited facility." These aspects show a commitment to the quality and integrity of the ingredients and processing. These stated elements check off important boxes for me.Overall, a very impressive mushroom supplement, with a concerted effort to deliver the valuable healthful components within each organic mushroom. It satisfies expectations, delivering a quality product. Thus, it merits a 4.75 - 5 star rating, with a very high level recommendation.

I have reviewed a lot mushroom powder supplement and this is probably one of the most expensive ones so far coming in at around $30.00 as of this review. I'm not a mushroom expert by any means, but the amount in mg is about the same as in many of the other mushroom supplements I've reviewed that cost significantly less. I will say I like the wide variety of mushrooms included in this mushroom supplement and am always glad to see Chaga mushroom included. I buy Chaga separately as a powder because it is so incredibly good for the immune system. All of these mushrooms in this supplement are extremely good for health. Hubs and I have been taking a blend of powdered mushrooms everyday in our morning coffees for the past 2 years and so far have not gotten the least bit sick with any cold or flu virus. I think this is a good, but pricey powdered mushroom supplement with some of the best mushrooms for good health.
