Great harness
I've bought this harness twice, the first one lasted 3 years before the plastic buckle broke. If you have a dog that likes to take off on you or one that likes to get into things they shouldn't this harness is worth buying. When they take off running you'll get a slight tug, but it will spin them around to face you, this really confused my dog the first few times and for the most part he has stopped trying to run off.My dog constantly trying to get into things he shouldn't be and a light tug on his leash immediately pulls him away from it.I should mention that it only works for these things when it is connected to the training lead in the front.

Product no longer as described
I love this harness for my big boys, one that's a terrible puller. It's time to replace harnesses automatically searched for this harness. Unfortunately the harness I received wasn't as pictured and wasn't a step in harness, that was the biggest selling point for this harness. I'm not sure if the company changed the design or if it was just from this seller but it definitely didn't work for us. I purchased two, checked both packages and they are both over the head with wrap around buckles. Sadly had to return and must now find a replacement 😕

Changed design from one clasp to two
This harness was almost perfect for me and my dog. It was easy for both of us to get it off and on because it had only one clasp on the top (their back). I didn't have to hunt for the clasp on their side like others harness. I also liked having the two rings on it so I could connect it to the car clasp in front or a lease on the top.So, I bought another two more as back-ups.When I opened the package today, they have changed the design to have two clasps on either side.I'm a senior, with arthritic hands and back the old design made it easier for me.If you have any disability look for a single clasp on the back/top of the harness.

NOT AS PICTURED!!!!
The media could not be loaded. Just like others said, the harness I received looks nothing like the pictures!!! What I got is a totally different harness… it has 2 buckles and goes over the head. I thought I was purchasing a step in harness with 1 buckle. It’s hard to get the harness over my frenchies head because of her ears. It does help with my dog pulling on the leash, looks stylish and is good quality, but it’s too much of a pain to get over my dog’s head. I returned and will buy again from a different vendor.

Sturdy and secure
This is the third harness we’ve used for our nearly four year old 35 lb Queensland Healer/Pittie mix and it was recommended to us by our local Humane Society. We’re trying to ease her away from a pinch collar and so far she’s adjusting pretty well. The front ring tends to sit low on the front of the medium-sized harness and causes the leash to wrap under her front leg.

He’s already chewed it up
We love these harnesses — we have two dogs, a pit and a Rhodesian Ridgeback/shepard mix (both 6 mo puppies) — love how easy it is to get on and off of the pups. Just wish that the pit couldn’t get to his neck straps…he wiggles around until he can get his mandible under it, and chews on them! I know he’s going to chew all the way through one day…. Disappointing (maybe metal-reinforced in the middle of the fiber could help?)

IT SORTA FITS...
...sorta. Our harness arrived today and, initially, we were thrilled with its looks and features. It's obviously a quality piece, but fit is suspect and we're not sure if this will work. However, before returning it we'll try it in the house to see how it and the encircled dog perform! The problem? Our Toy Poodle is 10.5 pounds; right at the top of the Toy range as respects weight and height. The harness around his girth can be adjusted to fit quite well. It's the other strap, that which encircles the chest, that can't be snugged enough as there's too much harness material and, essentially, nowhere to put it! Even with the buckles snugged to the max, there's enough "slop" to allow putting a loose fist between the strap and the dog. It's entirely possible the harness would do a great job on a Bulldog of comparable girth but I can't think of many - or any - other dogs that would be of slim girth/wide chest proportions to make this successful. Beware if your dog's girth is at the minimum; you may experience a sloppy fit as well. If your dog's girth is at least 18", I believe you'll have no problem. But you never know...

PRODUCT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURE - NEW DESIGN IS TERRIBLE
The product I purchased doesn't look like the one in the picture. I bought one about 5 years ago which looks like the one in the picture, which my dog loves. That old one is starting to wear out and I wanted to get him a new one. The one arrived looks much different (see picture attached). My dog hates the new design, and it rubs him raw when he wears it. Just terrible.
